"Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

"Had water rushing in via heater roof vent. 3 am rain let up. Called precision roofing next day. came out following day to examine and give estimate. Set appt. Rain forecasted prior to appt. John? Came out with worker and sealed off any leaks to keep us dry until appt. Precision called prior to arrival, came when stated, completely reconstructed a ten x ten area of roof ( had been leaking prior and had handyman â stopâ the leak , coming into the powder room near the furnace) removed and replaced damp insulation , replaced all cheap plastic roof vents and sealed all (Pretty expensive custom modular home ) laid ice shield , and buttoned it all up. Took pictures all along the work being done, and included them with invoice . We had questions concerning original invoice and estimate. Mixup had taken place at contract signing. Spoke with secretary and asked for a paper copy of invoice as it was difficult to see on I phone ( no computer) she actually came to our home and hand delivered it upon reviewing it , We asked for an appt with one of the owners , either Jason or John and secretary , who was very pleasant, said she will talk to them and set it up. Not only did she set it up, but John called me and we went over the bill line by line. We then understood all of it and thanked him for a job well done . He said they would send us a meal gift card at our restaurant of choice, for the hassle of the misunderstanding when estimate was presented. Precision nut only sent a gift card, but both brothers came to our home to give it to us personally. WHO DOES THAT??? That kind of consideration is unheard of anymore , but they wanted us to be totally satisfied. WHICH We certainly are. I must add that precision did not attach a charge for coming out prior to roofing appt and sealing off any leaks prior to the heavy rain that came shortly thereafter. The personal service given was beyond any expectation. The owners of precision roofing were kind to us over 75 and 88 year old seniors. They were very respectful, and patient, as were their laborers. They didnâ t waste time. They came in, did the work, going beyond what was expected, and cleaned up everything . We would certainly highly recommend precision roofing to anyone who needs the work done and appreciates old time work ethics, patience and respect."

"Overall, I would not recommend them. We decided to go with Schoenherr Roofing based off of the good reviews online, their company profile and workmanship seemed above others and their pricing fell within the middle of the quotes we received from other companies for our project. The good: 1.) Joe was a very, nice, informative and non-pushy salesman/contact to deal with and work towards the development and signing of a contact for our roofing replacement. 2.) Initially, upon signing our contract, we were told that it could be roughly 4 weeks for the project to commence. Upon the initial payment, we were booked for them to begin only 1 week later. 3.) The roof replacement/installation was completed (mostly) in one day and looks great and appears to be done with quality workmanship. The bad: 1.) Upon being told the project was "completed" and requested for payment, the additional bathroom exhaust vent that was to be installed was not done, it was missed. They did come out and complete this in a fairly timely manner, but this was an inconvenience. 2.) 6 packs of extra shingles were ordered to "complete some more work" since they were apparently shorted these in the initial delivery and would complete it along with the bathroom vent missed. Shingles were delivered, but I was then told this was a mistake and that the shingle installation was indeed completed and they would be picked up. The bathroom vent installation was completed on 8/5, the shingles still sit in my driveway today. 3.) The cleanup - This was not very thorough and unacceptable in my opinion. Nails, staples, plastic, shingle pieces, etc. in my driveway, lawn, back deck and all around the property. Two separate other "magnetic sweeps" for nails, staples, etc. were completed in the weeks after, but I am still finding some around my property. Also, my Trex back deck was damaged in the process of cleaning up as there are drag marks gouged into the top boards by the step down and on the adjacent posts from dragging their tarps and equipment. The deck is less than a year old, so I know this damage is from their cleanup. 4.) The scheduling of the final inspection. I had the inspection scheduled for Monday, August 11 between 3-4. I took time off of work to arrive home early in time for the inspection, no one arrived. Thinking they may be running late, I called at 4 to confirm and was told I was scheduled for Wednesday, not Monday, even though I had a formal appointment for Monday. In the end, I was told it was a mix-up, but would need to reschedule for Wednesday. It was indeed completed Wednesday, but again, another inconvenience in this whole process. In the end, the task of replacing my roof was completed and it looks acceptable, so job done I suppose. However, their quality in other areas and the multiple issues/inconveniences I encountered really left me unsatisfied overall with Schoenherr Roofing."

The gutter team was fast. Gutters look great. Left a few too many nails around. Overall, excellent work."
