"The employees were very respectful and were very good at keeping our home protected from Constrution dust and debris. Richard was very knowledgeable when ask questions about how the schedule would work and explained to my wife each and every step that it would take with such an undertaking of this project. He was able to work with her and help with all the selections of cabinet designs as well as picking counter tops and plumbing fixtures. All the subs he brought in were very professional and all phases of our project was done in a timely manor. With times we live in now nobody really wants strangers in their homes. But Starr Services abided by all the restrictions we have and we’re in and out in the time frame we were given. I would recommend anyone interested in a remodel project to give them a call. "These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable.
