"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year, so I contacted Advanced Environment Solutions for a bid. I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. "Although they provide a time frame for service, frequently they are late or have to re-schedule. When ARS installed my furnace, they provided a humidifier as well. However, the humidifier is not included in the maintenance contract, and any work or filter change on the humidifier is extra. The cost is almost as much as the maintenance contract. They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call Appleton Campbell when needing home repairs, this is our 3rd project they’ve taken care of. Thanks again"

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."
