"Shubitz was scheduled to install a kitchen sink, faucet and bathroom drain/plug on Tuesday Feb 10 2026 at 10 am. At 10:45 am I called the company to find out Chris Shubitz was not going to make it out that day. Rescheduled the installation for the following Tuesday. I suggested a curtesy call would be appreciated as it would ease the tensions and negative reviews could be avoided. Five minutes after the call ended I received a call back saying Chris Shubitz would no longer be servicing my project. Apparently constructive criticism is not appreciated by Chris Shubitz. "

"ITS BEST TO GO ELSEWHERE! I set up an appointment for a drain fix and when I recieved the bill it showed double in labor. when confronted they said it was in the unions contract that it was billed this way. Drive time is billed as labor. I spoke to the union and they said that was not true. after I confronted the store again they did nothing about it. the worker performed 1.25 hr of "actual work" I was billed $520. on the phone the rate was 150 p/h."
