He worked for 2 days to complete and he did an excellent job. The rate was fair and honest. Would definitely hire again."

I called Hildebrant and asked questions about prices and hidden charges, he quoted me over the phone saying if what I asked for was all that was needed, he could quote. "Ernie's Plumbing does good work. But they are horribly expensive. Overly expensive and that's why I rate them low. He spent 15 mins at my home to repair my outside faucet, and it still leaks a little, but not as bad as before they came out. I will use a different service next time. I have used them 2 or 3 times before. They did really well on the inside stuff. But not this time. They are still very very very overpriced. I'm on a fixed budget and retired so every penny counts. They need to lower their prices."

Received a call from the office with an ETA, which Steve far exceeded. He was there within minutes. He was able to get through the clogged drain with no issues. Some of the best money we've spent. We have used this company before, and they have always been responsive."
