The woman on the phone was super friendly and sent Chris to my house right away. He happened to be nearby finishing a job. He replaced the bad flex line and the old shut-off valve, which BGE recommended. He also secured the dryer vent pipe, which kept randomly falling off despite my efforts to secure it over the years. He also came back after we had installed the toilet and vanity/sink and checked our plumbing connections for no extra charge. Also, when he came to run the shower pipes and discovered that the existing bathroom framing was not square, he called a contractor friend who was able to immediately send someone at a reasonable price to fix the framing so that he could continue working as planned.
