"Although Norman was the best part of this terrible experience (nice, knowledgeable, and professional), the amount of money ?the office? charged me just to take down a portion of my ceiling (about 10x16) was outrageous. I asked for a quote to fix it only to find out that one was to take it down and one was to put it back. It cost me $3490 for about 4 hours worth of work and in that was $1125 just for an ?air mover? and a dehumidifier. I could have bought a dehumidifier for $189 that covers a 1500sf area at home depot. There is no way I would have paid $9000 for this job to take it down and put it back. No way I should have paid almost $3500 for a few hours of work for a job that was not completed (cause I was not paying another $5k just to hang drywall, finish it off and paint). I got another quote for 1/3 of that and they are going to replace my whole ceiling so it all looks the same. It would have cost me $3800 for the whole thing had I gone with this other company. I will not ever make this mistake again."

"Tim showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. Our basement and the stairs leading to the basement were filthy. They have never been cleaned in 20 years. I read the reviews on Angie's List out this company and decided to give them a try. By the time Tim was done, our carpets looked almost new.
