"Quality, true Professional crew, very satisfied with work done!"

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. My kitchen use to be enclosed, making it, and the surrounding rooms, seem very small. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work. Everyone that comes into my home always compliments my kitchen. Thank you Morpho for making my kitchen absolutely beautiful!!"

"Lance and his team at Real Deal Remodeling are an A+ team. I’ve used them for numerous home repairs like repairing structural issues on my 100+ year old home to fixing plumbing issues that other companies said were not repairable without major demo work. Lance does his best to give you an accurate quote and stick to it as closely as possible. They are not the cheapest in town but they are fair and upfront with everything they finds."

"Travis does amazing work! Glad to have my plumbing again."

"Arbor Brickworks provided prompt, professional services.  I ultimately decided to go with them because I wanted the repair work done right - which they definitely did.   Once completed, you could barely tell that repair work had been done.

"As we waited for out turn during a tough winter, Bo kept us informed of our status. When a window of weather arrived, his crew came and in one day(!) tore off, repaired, and reroofed our fairly large roof. Impressed with the quality of the roof job and equally impressed with the quality of the clean up afterwards. the guys were out next morning, in the rain, raking, picking up , and hauling out anything they missed from the day before."

"Duane is skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, on time, problem solver, fair, honest and works hard."

"The project went incredibly well.  The focus was a quality, appropriate renovation/addition on a 1930's federal house in Ann Arbor.  An architect was hired to design an appropriate renewal and replacement inside and out.  It was important that the builder could handle the scale and detail.  We couldn't be happier with the results.
In retrospect I am sure that there is no way that we could have renovated to this standard at this cost with any other builder.  Pete was the perfect choice for our project.  I am veryspecific about the level of quality and detail that I expect and Pete meets my requirements every time.  He does it with a cheerful problem solving attitude that is uncommon in the building trades.  Pete, and any of his co-workers, are a pleasure to have around the house.  He is dependable and extremely honest.
I know that Pete bids large jobs and small jobs.  That makes him somewhat unique as a contractor.  I am sure he brings the same level of workmanship to jobs much smaller than ours. I am equally sure he can manage a big project when contracted to do so.  My main take away is that high quality work at fair prices is rare in the construction field.  Pete’s company occupies a hard to find niche."

"Truly Outstanding! This contractor demonstrates knowledge of the trade, Top quality work, and attention to details from start to finish of the project. A pleasure to work with and it will be a pleasure to show off his finished produce."
