Based on a recommendation from a friend, I worked with Al to complete renovations on a 100 year old house, including two bathrooms, new floors and windows, building out a walk in closet, removing a wall and moving others to enlarge both bathrooms, adding recessed lights, plus some exterior work, and painting inside and out. Throughout, Al was very communicative and responsive, and was personally on site every day to oversee the work. He laid out a detailed proposal, and his prices are less expensive than other contractors. Because of this, I was able to accomplish more with my budget than I had anticipated. Al pays close attention to staying on budget and even cautions you when you’re making expensive choices, such as fancy tile or fixtures. Also of note, the work was completed in 5 weeks, even though I added scope towards the end. This is not a company that you have to pester to finish the last 20 percent. Al’s attention to detail, good humor, and honest approach made the whole project and process enjoyable, and the end result is beautiful. I would happily work with Al and Advance again."

"Manny was great! Hanged, taped, mudded, and sanded roughly 8.5' X 8' wall that I framed... had 'my studs' not been slightly twisted, bowed and warped the wall would be 100% perfect. Manny's work was excellent and the wall is smooth no divots or gaps. I provided the drywall and corner bead. Will definitely hire Manny again!"

"With any construction process, there are 3 critical parts.  The company you choose needs to provide: 1) access to high quality vendors, 2) highly skilled professionals to do the work and 3) exceptional project management skills so that the materials and people who need them are scheduled so that work flows well from the beginning to end.
Envision excelled in all critical project phases.   Background:  A sewer pipe backed up into almost all my lower level. When the clean up company was done after about 4 days, all the floors were ripped out, and most of the dry wall was pulled out, including a room whose remodeling was completed three weeks before sewage backup.   Bid Process:   Envision submitted  a bid that was easy to understand and  specific about materials  to be used in its statement of work.  Other bids had few details or were 40 pages long, but none of the other bidders told you what you were getting for your dollars. Pre-Project:  Jason Mills insisted we determine and fix the cause of the sewer backup before he would begin the remodeling.  It was wise advice and I will always be grateful to Mr. Mills for giving it.   Access to High Quality Vendors:  Every Envision vendor I dealt with including selecting  cabinets, tile, flooring, etc., amazed me with both the helpfulness of the  staff who guided me in myselection, and the quality and value.  The Envision experience was so positive and such a contrast. When I redid my kitchen the spring before, I had to deal with vendors who were smug, and patronizing, and extremely unhelpful.   Highly Skilled Professionals:    Both the Envision crew and the subcontractors know what they are doing, and work is done with skill, care and neatness.   Exceptional project Management:   Jason Mills really got what needs to be done on a remodeling project.  He and Brian, who was our project manager, never lost focus on
all the details of supplies needed and schedule to be followed.  Envision took a space that was basically gutted and
not just remodeled but transformed  it. From the dry wall and painting, to completely redoing a full bath, and  a laundry room, and a  library,  all the  rooms  exceeded my expectations, even the closets.

The team arrived when scheduled, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They were here all day, replacing kitchen cabinets and remodeling bathroom. The bought out the wrong color of paint for the front door and did finally paint it the color I wanted. The red of the paint on the door and smeared and called them back to fix.
