"Responded right away. The work involved removal, fabrication, and replacement of the drain pan in the upstairs attic framing. This job had been ignored for nearly 10 years due to its difficulty and intricacy. Josh and David jumped right in, manufactured a new drain pan, and re-installed it in a five-day span. Only complaint was that they didn't keep me informed of the process, so I had to email them to find out when they were coming back. I would not hesitate to use them again any time."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service — Highly Recommended! I cannot say enough good things about Major Improvements, with a special shoutout to Mr. Brown. My first experience with him was during an emergency in the middle of the night. He showed up when we needed him, stayed until around 2 AM to make sure the issue was addressed, and then returned the very next day to follow up. That level of dedication immediately earned my trust. Since then, I have repeatedly used his services, including having an entire HVAC system replaced, and I have had absolutely no complaints. Mr. Brown is dependable, knowledgeable, responsive, and takes pride in his work. On top of the excellent service, his pricing is extremely reasonable. Hands down, Major Improvements is one of the best in the industry. If you are looking for quality work, fair prices, and someone who actually stands behind their service, I highly recommend Mr. Brown and Major Improvements!"

"Jose was a professional and did a good job with the installation. The only thing that was bothersome was the he tried to get us to pay for work that he did not actually complete. He quoted us to be able to vent out our microwave but it turns out he could not complete the work due to where the microwave was placed, but he still wanted us to pay him for the full quote when all he did was actually install. That was a bit disappointing, otherwise he was fine."
