"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Her name is Laura Costello and I think that it is just one lady who works by herself. I got her off Angie's List and she is very professional and very nice. She was quick and came right out and I didn't have to wait or anything. I had an issue a couple of years back and the man sent by my home warranty company had quoted $600 to do the job. I had put it off since I didn't have the money at the time. I called this lady to get another estimate and she came out and looked at and said that it wouldn't cost anything. She said that it would be $49 for them to do a tune-up and that I could perhaps call them in the spring. I haven't called them yet but I thought that was great. I would give her the highest ratings on everything. I am going to have her come and do the job."
