Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "Young man who came to do the job told us that they sent him to 3 wrong houses before they found ours. He proceeded to unclog the drain in the basement using the mechanical drain. Took him maybe an hour to clear it and also ran our sinks and toilets to make sure we wouldn?t have another problem. The young man left our house, however proceeded to sit in his running van, parked in my parking spot. I had no issues with this service until I saw the bill. $1000 to snake a drain for an hour? When we inquired about the bill they told us that their rate is 300$ an hour and that the job took 3 hours. In my opinion, if it takes you 3 hours to snake a drain, then someone should be fired or retrained at their job. My assumption is that their scheme involved sending this young man to multiple wrong houses and him sitting in my driveway for a prolong period of time, so that they could charge us for 3 hours of ?work.? "
