"I needed only scope and locate my 4" sewer pipe from an exterior cleanout to the house. Rescue Rooter gave me a discount for the work. John the plumber came out. He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. I've been doing remodeling for 30 years including plumbing installation (drain pipes, copper water pipe repair and installation). In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes."

"Ned with Mast Plumbing has been great to work with. I?ve hired him for work at my house, which involved relocating the plumbing for my washing machine, extending and repairing some water and drain lines. Ned has also helped several of my friends and some of my clients I?ve referred to him with projects ranging from plumbing new gas lines, tankless water heater installs and installing new water mains. Ned is clearly very experienced, professional and patient. He explains the process clearly, and is honest about your best options. I highly recommend Ned with Mast Plumbing, and will continue to refer him to anyone I find in need of a quality plumber."

"needed to replace not only the water main but also a total replumbing of the entire home. Every employee was not only very professional but went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had regarding the work they were performing. It was a pleasure to witness such strong work ethics and pride of workmanship!"

"Matt arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and professional. He clearly knew his stuff and answered all my questions. In a couple hours he replaced my old, broken water heater with a brand new shiny one. Once installed he checked everything out and then put his tools away, cleaned up the work area, and loaded up the old unit to haul away. Then checked the new system one more time for leaks."

"Rossco Service Plumbers were super responsive to my plumbing emergency call late on the Friday afternoon noon of a 3-day holiday weekend. The water supply valve for the toilet had been disconnected and reconnected several times due to work by other contractors in the bathroom, and it would no longer operate properly when turned on (it leaked heavily). Turning off the valve to stop the leak disabled the only toilet in the house for a large family going into a 3-day weekend. I spoke with Richie the owner just before 5pm, and he sent his technician Jeff out. Appararently Jeff had been just getting ready to leave work for the weekend, but when he got the call, he made it to my house from Puyalluy to Federal Way in about a half hour or so (less than an hour from the time I first contacted RossCo). He was very knowledgeable and had the valve replaced and operation in about a half hour. He had a great attitude, answered all my questions, and they charged a very fair price for their service. He definitely saved me a lot of anxiety because I didnt have to go into a long weekend with no operable bathroom for my family. I am planning to do additional bathroom remodeling later this year, and I will definitely be using this company again!"

"My hot water tank stopped working. They came out day I called. Gave me 3 diff estimates to fix it. Didnâ t push me into buying a new tank & did give me the option to replace parts first. I called this morn to get the parts replaced & they came out this afternoon & replaced the parts. Showed me old parts"

"Repaired leaking main water line from water meter. Representatives evaluated, scheduled and completed the repair in about half a day."
