"I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). We decided to go forward with things this Fall and, in preparation, I arranged five companies to give estimates. I had some good (and not so great) experiences) but kept coming back to Anderson. The price was right and the owner, Steve, was low-key, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I'm happy we chose them to install replace our system. The installation appointment was incredibly smooth and I was never pressured or upsold. There were no surprises and the price was exactly as estimated. "Inspector said they would replace a few things on the inside and outside on the day of installation. But, the installer only replaced the outside parts and never replaced the catch basin the installer said they would on the inside. The AC unit works great though! So, overall it was a good experience and a relief to get it done before the summer heat set in for my pregnant wife. They also did a great job helping us with the pricing."

"great!  Mr. Nash is an older gentleman who knows alot about furnaces.  He was very thorough and explained how everything worked.  It would be good to take notes during his assessment, as he gives good advice for running and maintaining your heating system.  Also, Mr. Nash just does a brief report on his receipt, no sophisticated computer generated report with photos.  But he was prompt, personable, professional and an expert on heating systems; just what we needed!  Would hire again.

"Wonderful! The HVAC crew were excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficent! They came in, evaluated the job, then got right to work. First day replaced the furnace, it was up and running by the end of the day. Day 2 they started installing the A/C unit. Every day they cleaned up, making sure we, and our grandchildren would be safe, leaving nothing dangerous. The entire crew HVAC, Plumber, gas piper, and electrician were conscientious of keeping our carpet, and house clean, taking off shoes, or donned bootees. Every step of the work being done was explained, double checked that it was what we wanted. Beau the plumber was excellent! He hated telling me that the old pipes were in need of replacement. I knew this was a high likelihood, as the house is over 69 years old. And the pipes were original. He got right to work, he made sure we had running water before he left all but one day. Which was very nice. The water heater move and install went fast! He found the basement bathroom had pipes that were illegal in homes. He was advantageous in having me call the county, as he was certain the basement bathroom was not legal. He spent over 4 hours pleading the case with the county for allowing him to fix the problems found. The county agreed to let him fix the bathroom, and they certified it. (If he hadn't done this, likely the county would have ordered the bathroom completely gutted, and plans submitted for a complete rebuild!) A huge thank you to Beau!!! The rest of the work is now complete. We only have Sheetrock to repair, Roth was able to recommend "The Patchman" and he will start Thursday. Roth Heating and Cooling is a wonderful local company! I look forward to a long relationship with them!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. They were the only company (of many, and several Angie's Lists companies) who really showed care and interest in helping us.



They created a bid in less than 24 hours, went out of their way to find us the best possible price and quality, and Kyle from Sun Glow met with me personally to review all the options. it was important to us that we work with a company that takes care of their employees and it is clear that they do based on the customer service we've experienced.



The cost for the project was more than we had anticipated, even though Sun Glow came in with the best quote. We had to wait a few months and Kyle checked in with us regularly. Once we were able to fund the project, Kyle immediately got the install on the books.



The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!
