To get it approved by HOA took 3 days and after installation the city inspection took 1 day. Installers took 2 days to install 32 panels on a two story home. NRG seems like they really care because they sent out Robert after everything is completed to make sure I am completely satisfied with my solar. "very responsive -called me in minutes and turned up on time. took 2 hours to complete the job which I think was appropriate. However, I made the mistake of NOT asking him for a quote and since I was busy when he had completed the job, he presented a bill (to my wife) for $385 for the labor and cost of 2 wall switches. Note that I had purchased the ceiling fan. After he left I noticed that the bathroom light switch was NOT working but to be fair he returned first thing the next day and fixed it."
