"They were the first & only Plumber's to contact us and came out the day after we posted. They showed up on time, gave us an estimate which we compared to another we had already had, they had the better bid. We asked when they could do the job & they said right now if you want us to. They started the job and then had to go get a part. They came right back, continued to work on the gas line. The job couldn't be finished that day, they needed to go get one more special fitting and would need to come back the next work day. We paid half in good faith. The following day they returned with the needed fitting, completed the job. Paul & Kevin were professional and courteous, the area was cleaned and everything was in working order. I would recommend them to other's needing Plumbing. "

First, they ensured we always had one working toilet and shower while keeping the overall job on track. Additionally, they assisted us with design ideas and fixture purchasing how-tos (this was our first ever remodel and we were very green). Kevin communicated real-time ideas and updates and guided us along the way. Tyler made some great tiling suggestions that we took, such as shower stall accent borders we hadn’t envisioned and a glass tile mid-wall border to match our shower in lieu of a traditional chair rail. Both bathrooms have a distinct look/feel and are very modern, as was our goal. The craftsmanship, both from aesthetic and functional standpoints, was done meticulously and thorough.
