All of our neighbors were impressed with the work, and would often stop by to see the guys work their magic. They got here early every day, busted their butts, and always made sure to clean up before they left. "Monday 04 Feb 2008 the vendor was scheduled to come by @ 1200, they called and asked to reschudel. The new date was one week later (11th). They never showed nor called. I asked my wife to call Sara, my project rep, she did and left a voice mail. Still have not heard from the vendor nor Sarah. Not overly happy at this point. Jerry"

"They were very responsive and got the job I asked for done quickly, which is much more than I have gotten from other contractors. However, they did not use caution and banged on the side of my house enough to break some of my most beloved things in another room that I've had my whole life. I had to glue one back together and the other is gone forever. They also didn't do a good job with the flooring and had to come back and fix it. But their fix was a bit haphazard. I still don't feel totally comfortable with what was done, but I'm glad they did it. Also one of the workers ghosted my mom after she paid for landscaping."
