"Justin from JT Heating called promptly to ask about my service request and arrived promptly as well. He was courteous and professional and kept me informed throughout the repair. He repaired the plumbing leak efficiently and quickly. When I asked for another appointment to have my furnace cleaned, he said he was able to do it right then. I was very pleased with his work on the plumbing and on my furnace and would definitely hire him again for any further needs. I highly recommend this company for their efficient service and professionalism."

"Total Ripoff! My boiler stopped working the other day and my usual company was unable to come out due to being short-staffed that day. I resorted to google and unfortunately came across Aire Serv. Their technician (who was very nice) came out to assess the situation and determined it was caused by a damaged pilot assembly. After calling around for replacement parts, I was told that the parts were out of stock until later in the week. Despite this, I was still charged $234 for the trip fee and diagnostic fee. I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!"
