"Went extremely well, it turn out the part the co sent didn't fix the problem, the contacted the manufacturer of the tank (the tank was still under warranty) and was able to okay a full tank replacement. They removed the old tank, picked up the new tank & installed it, also giving me a review of how the whole system (with my existing water softener) operated and pointers on keeping it running well. Considering the amount of time spent on the whole project from initial service call to the finished project I expected the bill for labor to be higher. I'm forever in their gratitude and will call them for any plumbing needs down the road."
