"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

Apparently the installer of my bathroom counter did not seal the pipes properly causing a slow leak and resulting in mold developing under the cabinet. In addition, Paul explained what needed to be done before hand for all repairs, offered options depending on how much you want to spend on materials, took time to listen about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
