"Jared and his colleague quickly diagnosed the problem with our shower faucet. The cartridge that regulates the hot water was old and did not allow any hot water to flow in the shower. Jared replaced the cartridge, tested the hot water, asked me to confirm that the temperature was to my liking, and cleaned up after the job. Well done!"
