His attention to detail was very good. As always with any project I had to go behind him and clean this or fix that, but very little. His English is passable and tries very hard to communicate. I used Google translate and everything went well. He and his crew were professional and due to the far distance of travel they would arrive sometimes later than expected because of scheduling other work nearer to their area of service. I would classify him as honest, professional, personable and loaded with integrity. He took pride in his work, not just to make money, but to do it deserving of recommendation. I received response emails to each of my requests, but repairs have yet to be made and may not be made. Work was performed in June. However, if the columns are repaired, I may refer the professional. Additionally, my rating may change dependent on the ultimate outcome of the request for repairs.
