Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! "Did good work but after speaking with some other companies that called me back, they over charged by 50+%. 3850.00 and the tech was done in 3 hours. Over 1000.00 an hour seems insane. It might have been another 100-200 worth of materials. They made it seem like they were doing a lot more work than was actually done/needed. Basically they said you have to replace all the gas lines. So I thought that meant all the lines and the price was pretty fair. They had to replace 1 line for a total of maybe 30ft of pipe and they didnâ t even fix the wall were they cut the drywall to run the pipe. Agains at almost 4000 I figured they would at least do that."

"Our hot water heater began leaking from inside of the unit.  The existing unit was very old and needed to be replaced.  After researching Angie's List, I made a purchase for a replacement hot water heater with Henson Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing.  Henson Mechanical reached out to me later that day to schedule my replacement, and to verify information about my existing setup.  They were able to send an installer out the very next day.
Prior to his visit, Kurt Schmeisser called to inform me that he would be the person to install the new water heater.  Kurt was prompt, and extremely professional.  During the removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new unit, Kurt made sure not to damage anything in my house.  He made sure to put down plastic over runs of carpet in my basement to ensure that it was not soiled.
Since it is now code, Kurt installed an expansion water tank.  This was included in the initial purchase price of the unit, and was not an unexpected and added expense.
Before he departed, Kurt showed me how to manipulate the temperature of the tank.  He then demonstrated how to ignite the pilot light if there was ever a need.
Through the entire process, Kurt was very polite and professional.  I would consider using Henson Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing for future projects.

"David did an awesome job! I called and they came out the same day Once the toilet was removed, it was determined the flange was not flush with the floor. He went thru all available options to fix the problem. David was very thorough with the job, explained what he was doing, answered all question I had and cleaned up after he finished. I will definitely recommend them to others. There is a 30 day warranty, and a military discount!"
