"We contacted Indiana Foundation for a free inspection of our attached garage that we're turning into a bedroom for our handicapped son. "We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"

"Our house had a water damage that ruined much of the drywall and floor on the first floor and the basement. For such a big repair job, I carefully looked up the reviews and recommendations from Angie's list and talked to 3 contractors that have the highest ratings. AOM was one of the three. David, the owner of AOM, quickly came to our house, assessed the damage, explained to me what need to be done, showed great empathy to our loss and current situation (having to stay in hotel waiting to go back to our house), and put a very competitive bid (about 2/3 the bid of another contractor). We picked them and signed the contract. AOM uses Trello, a cloud-based project tracking system that software companies often use, to effectively and promptly communicate task description and updates to all workers and house owners. AOM workers are professional, hard working, and friendly. For such a big project, expectedly there were some hiccups and AOM had to juggle ours with their other on-going projects. David kindly explained to me various aspects of the repair work and promptly fixed any faults that we identified. I became to completely trust David's professional skill and that he would treat our house like his. Several nights and weekends David came to work late so that we could move back to normal life as soon as possible. In the end, we are very happy with our remodeled house. I sincerely recommend David and AOM for any house remodeling and restoration job."

"I walked into my basement on Saturday afternoon to discover a pool of water on the floor.  Looking at the walls I traced it back to right above the window that sits below my kitchen sink.  I popped the paneling off the top of the window box and immediately saw that the galvanized pipe leading from the sink drain to the stack had corroded and a hole had formed.  Frantic because it was 4pm on a Saturday and I knew I couldn't use my kitchen sink or dishwasher until I got this fixed (no easy task with two toddlers to keep up with), I jumped onto Angie's List looking for a plumber with Saturday hours and a good rating. 
I called McDonagh and was told they could have someone at my place in an hour.  Todd showed up at 5:30 and immediately got to work.  Patrick (the owner) showed up with his son Nolan shortly thereafter to take a look and get Todd some parts off of his truck.  We gave Nolan a piece of the pizza my kids were having for dinner as an apology for interrupting his Saturday too.  Patrick came back with a price estimate that seemed fair to me for emergency short-notice service on a Saturday night.  Todd replaced the entire section of pipe from the sink drain to the stack and was finished and out the door by 7:30, leaving us with a fully functional kitchen again. 
Huge thanks to Patrick and Todd (and Nolan) who really saved the day for us.  These guys are absolute professionals and really saved us from some major inconvenience.  Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
