Drew, who kept me informed throughout his inspection and testing, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He put his "booties" on before entering the house and was very careful moving his ladder to the upstairs where the air handler was located. He replaced my filters and showed me what they looked like compared to the new filters so that I knew replacement was necessary. My light didn't work in the attic and he went the extra mile by testing my switch to see if I was getting power.
