"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."

"I called several companies about water heater replacement and the response from this company was the best. One company promised a call back and never got it, another company seemed to be occupied with something else while talking to me, and others just didn't answer. The rep I spoke with on my initial call was polite and was able to get someone out the next day. That was great since we had no hot water! On the following day the service technician called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived on time on the early end of the time frame given. After speaking with the office we agreed on the price and Fabian our technician was able to start the replacement right away! Fabian was great, very professional and polite. He helped me move a shelf that was in way and he put it back for me when the work was complete. Any mess that was made was cleaned up and he hauled away the old one. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit and we were so glad we could finally shower! I would recommend this company and use them again if I needed to!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I had 4 estimates.  The first vendor said he would be unable to test for leaks and said he would install new system and gave us a one line estimate.

 The second vendor said he could fill with freeon for $800 with no warranty or put in new system for $15k with no itemization,  He only attached a pressure gauge to outside line and was going to charge my very elderly Mom $105.  When I called owner and said that no diagnosis was made and this is ludicrous, he dropped the charge.

 The third vendor spent well over an hour explaining why his company is great and then said the charge would be approximately $9,500.

the fourth vendor was Mick Sinclair and what a completely different experience. I first called and spoke to Nick, his son.  I told him I did not know what to do.  Although both Nick and his Dad were booked solid he said he would get back to me.  Mick called and scheduled an appointment. He measured the pressure and tried to fix the valve. He then actually removed the outer shell of the condensor and noted that the motor was not working at all.  He tried to fix the motor and added a booster to no avail.  He refused to charge anything for the diagnostic and attempted repair - nothing!

Note, that not one of the other three vendors checked the motor.

Mick then said he would email a quote which he did in a very timely manner. His wife sent the email and I spoke to her and she was as nice as Mick and their son, Nick.

Mick spent 1-1/2 days performing the complete installation, including sealing asbestos and many other things.

There are literally no words to explain the excellent service we received from Mick. He is also very kind.
