After 6 months, a service manager appeared, tested the water in my presence, said it is ok. Further, he explained that others to whom I'd spoken didn't want to make the 5 hour round trip. (Wasn't a problem for the installation which got them PAID! Once they had the $$, it was too much trouble)."

He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."
