"The first gentleman came out and was baffled because the stains were there but when he cut out part of the ceiling, nothing was wet. He did replace the wax ring on the toilet above and he placed a call to have another member of the team come out to check it out. The second gentleman who was also very professional climbed up and inserted a probe in multiple spots and couldn’t find any source of water leaking. He said to keep an eye out on it and call them back if the stains grew significantly in the next few days.
