Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"Took 9 months to get this panel ordered and then installed.  Very poor responsiveness but they had installed the door originally.  Wanted to be sure I got the correct panel so stuck with them.  Panel was installed well in December, 2014, but by March door was making weird noise.  We were away for several weeks.  Door worse on return.  Finally I called them to come check it out June 1st.  They said it would be $143.00 just to check it out and then additional cost for repair!!!  Outrageous service call price.  Most other companies charge 49- 79.  I said no thanks and they made no effort to adjust the cost even when they were the ones who installed it.  Poor customer service. Not at all eager to solve a problem that their installation may have contributed to. Will never call them again! <br />"

I was very pleased at how swift Chelmsford Garage was to help us out. <br /> The technician was prompt, courteous, and swift. I was charged for a service call for the quick repair. <br /> Chelmsford Garage respected my wishes to keep my father from paying for the repair and called me with the charge. I don't have a measure to determine if that charge is typical or not, but, their swift service kept my father from attempting the repair himself. <br /> From a peace of mind standpoint, I'm satisfied with the service received. I'm certain if it had waited a day or so more that I'd be paying a visit to the hospital with Dad from an unsupervised fall off the rickety old ladder. (He was quite determined to repair it himself later in the week!) <br /> <br /> Chelmsford Garage deserves kudos for getting out to his property so quickly and taking care of the issue. <br />"
