"Paul was professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. I will have Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning come again next time I need service for my furnace or air conditioner."

"Jeremy delivered great customer service and exceeded my expectations on how quick he got my repair and furnace problem solved."

"Shane was able to schedule a prompt appointment. He arrived on time and performed a thorough diagnostic on the furnace. He identified an issue I was unaware of and corrected the problem with the air conditioner using parts that were still under warranty. I will gladly use his services again."

"went very well.  We had previously paid another local heating and air conditioning company to do a fall inspection.  At that timie this "other" company told me that there were problems with the heat exchanger and that the unit was in immediate need of replacement.  In fact the service technician went so far as to shut off our furnace.   I called Professional for a 2nd opinion and the technician informed us that yes, our furnace was old, but that this furnace had so many safety measures that the unit would just shut itself off rather than cause a fire or a carbon monoxide leak.  He assured us that this furnace was fine to operate.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Everything went great. What I thought was condication/humidifier issue ended up actually being a dead sump pump. Originally dispatching an heating A/C technician. It was determined to being a plumbing issue. The technician contacted their on call plumbing person who was finishing one job and showed up in just over 20 minutes. All of this on a weekend. This is and many other experiences is why I believe they have earned their company name MASTER SERVICES."

"Brent Snow, with Absolute Comfort HVAC did a very thorough job when I had to deal with him to replace my air conditioner/heating system for my home. He has great customer service, and he seemed like he really cared, and he is just an overall down to earth kind of guy. I would recommend him to anybody in need of heating or air service for their home."
