"Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future."

Not only did he come out the next day to quote me on a new AC System install, but he was responsive to text and emails, professional and VERY reasonable on costs/install for a new system, compared to other local HVAC installers. Within a week, I was able to get my system replaced and am very happy with the level and quality of service and professionalism from his guys. Miro was the main technician who handled the installation and was efficient, courteous and took the time to explain everything. "It took 4 visits over a 2 week period. The last visit was necessary because the wiring was done incorrectly on the third visit and another technician had to come and fix the work. The first technician didn't tell me there was a problem; I had to find that out myself. The price quoted by the first technician was not honored by the company, even though customer service reps said the company would go by the technician's cost estimate. Multiple calls to the company's customer service reps were unsuccessful. The best they'd say is they'll use this for future training, to ensure it doesn't happen again. I was unable to speak with someone in charge about the manner. CS staff acted bored by my concerns about the quality of work and the overcharging and declined to address either issue. The poor quality of work and poor attitude have me reconsidering using this company in the future and am looking at other heating and cooling companies. The second technician was terrific; just not sure it's enough to counteract the hours and hours the first technician spent here (and didn't fix the problem/left it not working) and lousy customer service reps (I spoke with several different ones; they were all pleasant but equally indifferent)."

"I had a mini-split AC/Heat unit installed in my second floor bedroom to supplement my central AC. The second floor room is directly under the eaves of the house so wall space was a challenge. The house also has brick facade which added to the challenges. I hired Gorjanc Comfort Services, to install a 24,000 BTU mini-split ductless AC/heat unit and I couldn't be happier. The installation team arrived on time, were professional and friendly and completely cleaned up after themselves to the point of vacuuming the bedroom area where the inside part of the unit was installed. They went over basic operation of the unit answered my questions and were top-notch professionals from start to finish on the project."

"Their quote was very reasonable and their sales person acted very professional. They met with me within 2 to 3 days after my initial call to them.  I didn't choose this company since they only dealt with Trane and Rheem units. We chose to go with Carrier units which Lakewood Furnace & Air Conditioning uses exclusively.
I would recommend New Image Heating & Cooling if we wanted Trane or Rheem units.
