"I really wanted to hire this company because they were professional, and worked hard to find the replacement HVAC unit I was looking for. Alias was a pleasure to work with. COVID makes it difficult for HVAC servicers to buy equipment that customers want and we needed something in stock because it's very cold right now. A different company was able to find a replacement unit in stock that better suited our needs. I will call on them again in the future."

"No phone number that I could find that would get a person on the phone. Was redirected to website. Scheduled appointment online. The electrician that arrived smelled and looked horrible. He smelled like he had smoked 10 cigarettes just prior to arriving and my house smelled for hours after he left. He arrived in a dirty hoodie and casual clothes, not professional at all. He checked my outlets. Did not provide a receipt or bill. Just took my credit card via his phone SQUARE charger and then I was texted a "receipt" that just showed the amount. I cannot use this as a receipt. I called and emailed the company for a proper receipt and never heard back."
