They were very professional and thorough. Three stars for "value for money" only because it seemed very expensive. Maybe due to the addition of replacing some of our PVC lines and valves. But we chose a trusted company because we can't risk water damage."

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"They didn't give me the option to just replace the faucet and cartridges. Their estimate ended up being $1600 which included the stopper, p-trap, and a faucet that was more quality and that could only be serviced by plumbers. I ended up going with another plumber who installed a faucet I supplied for $275. They were doing what I asked of them but I just wish they gave me the option to replace the faucet and cartridge without removing the whole sink from the wall which the other plumber did. Because of that I will not call them again."

Zesbro plumbing came in with the most competitive offer and really made an enormous difference (around $2700) On a different occasion, maybe 6-8 months later, our mixer in our 80 year old bathroom started pumping out rusty red water while at the same time it was raining through the bathroom exhaust fan whenever someone took a shower above. James came out within a couple of days, problem solved and made the problems go away (and told us why they happened and how long we could expect the fixes to last). (Around $500)"
