"Damaged tub, damaged toilet, damaged items in bathroom, left a mess everywhere in bathroom. (Then trying to get paid before I even see the job done and the damages, which they conveniently didn’t tell me about… BIG RED FLAG!) Re-entered a rental without permission or me present (and for a job we weren’t doing since the tech said it was a wax ring issue and they don’t do those, then trying to charge over $400 for it…then reattaching toilet…why would you do that if it has to be done again to fix the issue)? “Approving” jobs that were not approved by myself. Owner will not provide bond company/policy number (illegal). Techs don’t caulk all the way around the toilet (2x). Do NOT use this company!"

"Thursday, July 24, 2025 RE: Excellent Service Dear Mr. Mike/Owner, I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for their professionalism and prompt service today. A call was logged with Kelly, who was extremely polite and went out of her way to accommodate me. She said that a plumber would be out this afternoon. I was therefore surprised to have a plumber arrive at 12 noon. Mac was very efficient and snaked out our bathroom sink timeously. He was patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. He is definitely motivated to work efficiently and maximize revenues. Thank you for the quality services and not taking advantage of the elderly. If anyone ask who to call for plumbing, I will make sure to say MR. PIPEY PLUMBING!"
