"We hired Antonio Remodeling & Renovations to complete our unfinished bonus room, and they did a fantastic job. Sergio was very professional and did a great job managing the logistics of our project from start to finish. Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. Antonio was very professional and respectful of our home as he and their team completed the work on our bonus room. We are very pleased with the work we had done by Antonio Remodeling & Renovations and we hope to work with Sergio and Antonio again in the future."

He and myself had a problem locating a certain item to check on an alarm but he figured it out, finished assessing the problem and worked up the estimates for us to decide upon. He gave us time after completely explaining each estimate to decide. He also got on the phone and explained to another employee who might be dispatched to complete the repair once parts came in exactly what the problem was, what parts he had ordered and what needed to be done. Caleb made sure all bases were covered. We have used this company for many things over the past 8 years. We have always been very happy with estimates, work performed and with employees. "I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
