After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."

"They were prompt to respond to the quote request and showed up the next day. Which was good because my kitchen faucet was leaking as was the cold water shutoff valve. That promptness was the main reason I went with them. The guy that showed up, Will, seemed knowledgeable and was polite. My issue is that he showed up as a professional with basic tools to change the faucet in a kitchen sink. I have better tools than I saw him using. One example is that he was tightening the nut on the bottom of the new faucet that secured it to the sink with channel locks instead of a dedicated faucet installation/removal tool. The other issue I had was the lack of parts in the rather nice new panel van he showed up in. Maybe that's a new thing in the industry but I would have expected a few basic parts to be stocked on the truck. To be clear I didn't have a bad experience, it just wasn't a very good one. They did the job but if I had to do it over again I would have gone with someone else."

Then when we had an issue with water in our basement the next day, he came right out, confirmed it had nothing to do with the new water heater, then tracked down what the true issue was (which 2 other plumbers missed) and snaked out the pipe in our basement. Again he was quick and professional, but once he was done, he took the time to talk to us about options for fixing our p-trap in the basement floor. "Furnace quit working on the super cold morning- negative wind temps, called, they came in couple hours, water in the intake pipe outside, could not prove switch, condemned the Board, ordered Board, gave estimate of HVAC replacement - outrageous prices, opted to fix old furnace, came back following week with new Board, installed, furnace still won't come on, cut intake pipe in half to obtain air flow and left it like that, was told to leave door open so it will not starve for air, charged me over $1100.00. Told my disabled husband to get the clog out of the pipe himself."
