I was told by the technician that based on the age of the unit and problem it was more cost effective to replace the unit instead of making a temporary fix. I agreed and after entertaining some estimates I chose Comfort Air. We negotiated a very reasonable price along with a quality unit. The installers were very professional and completed the work in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any Heat and Air Conditioning needs."

"We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"
