"The installer arrived when expected and discussed the scope of work to be performed. He coordinated his work with other trades (gas/venting and electrical). The new HVAC items were installed and the old ones hauled away. I had an issue with the way the new furnace was vented (due to the small size of the utility room in which the furnace is located). Two technicians were sent the following day to "rebate test" the new AC unit and were able to resolve my furnace venting issue as well."
