"Leaking pipe. Came immediately and did all possible to repair a leak rather than replace a very old pipe that goes into ground & connects with septic. I was appreciative & happy. Only comment is that I wish I was told that there was a slight service fee to use a credit card. Wasn't a big deal-- Will call them again. Cleaned up afterwards!"
