"Very professional and diligent. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the pipe. Now, my dryer is running better than when it was new. While they were in my home, I mentioned I was having a problem with my stove hood fan rattling which was not a part of the original deal with the dryer vent cleaning. They spent a lengthy period of time removing some of the kitchen cabinetry to get to the fan itself which had originally been installed incorrectly when the kitchen was remodeled by another contractor. They persevered, even though it was time-consuming, and now my stove over-hood fan works beautifully. I could not be happier! I live in a small, gated community. The homeowners are always seeking professionals to do various tasks. We stay in touch with each other as to who is a good hire and who not to hire. I will certainly recommend Exterior Metals as a company with a good work ethic. I am hoping to have them back in the near future to clean my home's air ducts. After that service is completed, I will write another review.

"Service was excellent. I was moving into a new home and the ducts had not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. Jesse was prompt, professional, and explained the problems he found and how he was going to fix them. Service ended up being a bit more expensive than I expected due to mold being in the system, which I was shown clear evidence of in pictures and on my own vents. "My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."
