We also called him when we had issues with some of the lights in our home and he helped us to determine that it was likely an MLGW issue. Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"The deal did not go all that well.  I was not happy with the owner of the company.  They were less than cooperative.  I really wasn't happy with them at all.  The consultation was done immediately.  I sent the request and someone came within a day or two.  Once the work was started, it lasted for about four and a half months, which could have been a three-week job.  I would advise them to listen to the customers.  I used Angie's List to find them and they were highly recommended, but it just didn't work out."

"Steve and his crew (2-3 people total each day) did a great job repainting the exterior of my house. I wanted a fresh coat of paint but Curb Appeal did so much more. They thoroughly caulked & filled all gaps in mortar prior to painting. They replaced old soffit vents, custom building new vents with mesh and picture frame moulding. They pressure washed the house (and my back deck) prior to painting, and replaced rotted wood. They also noticed my paint samples weren't adhering well and ended up priming the house prior to painting. After painting they hung new shutters and my mailbox. They also ensured I did not have any questions or concerns before leaving. Curb Appeal was not my lowest bid and the project took longer than I expected. However, I am extremely pleased with the final product. Steve seems like an honest guy, and I'd much rather pay a little more and wait a little longer to get the job done right.

All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."
