From the salesman Glenn to the installation lead Tever and the insulation installer Anthony, I was impressed with their level of punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the process. In fact, Glenn was the only salesman who actually took the time to take measurements at my house and explained the numbers of why I needed a three-ton system. I am very happy with my system thus far and I would highly recommend Huft to others!"

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! "My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).
