"I was immediately called by Commercial and Home Services Unlimited minutes and within an hour and a half there at my house. Charles was very professional and asked what work I was wanting to get done. Job was completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours and Charles came in and explained every question I had and explained what he had done which was replaced drain shoe pipe and and other pipes leading out to the air vent and waste line. I was very pleased with punctuality communication and professionalism. Charles insured if there was any problems I could call him and he would be back to take care of any problem. I couldn't be happy the way things worked out"

"He showed up earlier than expected i had an emergency so this was great His name was Julian he was very professional came with the right equipment and after discussing the terms went right to work and cleared the clog out of the line. He loaded up took my payment and was gone. Very very nice man answered all my questions was very professional"

"I feel like it went well. We had to dig up a section of our sewer line and replaced it adding a couple of clean outs. All performed in one day."

"Jason is very professional and hard working. He even cleaned the mess left in the basement after clearing my line. He did a great job!

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
