"Professional technician with excellent knowledge about the water heater change-out and the up-to-date codes for the project. Excellent workmanship."

"We had a leak in our backyard that 4 other companies couldn't locate. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, Steven identified the leak and within an hour, he provided us with an estimate and fixed the problem. I can't say enough great things about the service he provided along with the company's expediency. I am so grateful! Steven is awesome and a great technician."

"The salesperson, JR, was excellent! The workers were also very professional, timely, and they cleaned up afterwards. They even showed me how to program the thermostat. Very thorough, great customer service."

"They were great, came out to fix the problem next day. Checked that everything was working before they left for the day. Slight leak on toilet, came out to fix it. Very friendly and professional."

"It was a pleasure to work with Justine from Prostar Water Inc. She was on time and provided a competitive quote. She was patient in explaining the different options I have. Definitely would highly recommend her."

"I had a water heater fail on a Sunday morning. I submitted a request and got a response in less than a minute. The person was extremely helpful and we arranged an install only a few hours later. I couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail. *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 2/18/2021."

"It was a challenging job but it got done with no complaints. Cleaned up and even took a little extra stuff I wanted to get rid of with no problem. They put everything that had to be moved to do the job back in its place. Give them a shot!"

"very reasonably priced. Came back to honor repair when one of two leaks needed additional work. Had to follow-up on arrival due to missing timeframe. However, once there, great service. Jeff knows roofing and was a pleasure to work with along with Ben."

"For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park).
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."

"I love Angi! My husband is too isy at work, so when I need help I go to Angi. Found Marco with Tiger Plumbing for some misc plumbing issues in my old house and he was great. Communication and price was great; the work and professionalism even better! Would rehire (already have!) again!"
