"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

Since this was my third water softener installed in three different homes, and I had previously ran the US operations of a specialty chemicals division that sold industrial water treatment chemicals/solutions as one of our product lines, I knew what I wanted to buy. Despite my telling all four firms my background, the other three had to go through their entire presentation which I found annoying.
Rantz was the only person to not give me a lot of BS and also had the lowest price.
The installation went very smoothly, and he was in and out in approximately 2 hours. He cleaned up the area, explained the details of operating his system that he thought I would need and gave me the bill.
He knows his product, did not try to sell me extra equipment and was and left me very satisfied. I definitely would recommend him to others looking to purchase a water softener.
