"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"Sofia contacted me within an hour of my request and came out late Saturday afternoon to diagnose the problem. We had a serious leak in our water main pipe. Sofia and her team hand dug the trench for the new pipe to preserve our landscaping. The work was completed quickly and professionally at a reasonable cost. "I lost my 10 year old well pump assembly.I called them upon referrel and he came right over within an hour.He determined the well pump was dead and we started removing it for checkout. Took the rest of the day to get it out , found damaged well pump wiring and analyzed the pump bad. Early next morning, had to replace damaged wiring , replace the well pump assembly, replace a bad expansion tank. Great work and all runs fantastic. First time I had used them and so glad I did!"

"This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes.
