"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. "Great. Rob came and looked at the leak and asked me if I wanted him to try and fix it instead of replacing it. To replace it would have required cutting a hole in the stipple ceiling (maybe two) and possibly emptying and moving a China closet away from the wall. Not only would that have cost almost 3 times the final bill but I would have had to hire someone to repair the damage to the ceiling afterward. Rob took the faucet apart, cleaned it up, replaced the washer and screw and all was well!!! Saved me bundles of money and aggravation. Honest people, I would use them again if I have the need."

"It was a completely positive experience in every respect. Gary arrived on time and patiently went through the house to try and diagnose the new and very frequent “ghost” water sounds throughout my house. Checking the area where water sounds could be originating from, Gary located a joint on my sump pump that had a leak and was causing the trap on the pump not to close completely resulting in the water sounds. He replaced the joint and installed a silent trap which is wonderful because the sump pump had gotten so loud over the years that it could be loud enough to keep someone awake! Then, he snaked out my kitchen sink that was backing up and now it’s draining better than ever. Gary was professional and very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done and why. The only quibble I have was the bed of rocks around the old water line got all mixed in with the soil when the trenches were dug. And now are at the surface of my lawn. Picking them out as the soil slowly settles and exposes them. Or where the grass seed fails to germinate. Prompt replies to questions and explanations of how the work would be completed."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
