I contacted Jason Bailey of Davis Air Conditioning Co. a few days ago when my sister's air conditioner went out suddenly. My brother-in-law had another company come out prior to me contacting Jason and had to pay $79.00 for an estimate. The estimate was outrageous to say the least so I immediately became a member of Angie's List to find another specialist and reputable business owner. Because I know absolutely nothing about HVAC I was a little nervous about the interaction, but I must say Jason put my mind at ease immediately. He was very friendly, considerate, and patient. He sent a technician to my sister's house right away and FREE of charge to find out if there was an easy fix that might have gotten the system up and running that day--to no avail. I was eager to get the problem fixed because my sister has an infant and toddler in the house and it was smoldering in there. Jason, being a family man himself, was sympathetic to my plight. Once we came to an agreement with regard to services to be provided and payment he made things happen quickly. Within a couple of days my family was enjoying a cool and comfortable home thanks to Davis Air Conditioning Co. I was happy to pay, he honored the Angie's list discount, and he was a delight to deal with. Also let me mention this--Jason answered all of my questions and was available to me all times of day even after normal duty hours. Should I have and other HVAC needs I will definitely utilize his services. He's the BEST!!!

I also want to take this time to shout Jason out because like me and the majority of my siblings he is a United States Veteran. Jason thank you so much for your service to our country.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us.  The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services. We appreciate his honesty.

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
