"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. "Great. Rob came and looked at the leak and asked me if I wanted him to try and fix it instead of replacing it. To replace it would have required cutting a hole in the stipple ceiling (maybe two) and possibly emptying and moving a China closet away from the wall. Not only would that have cost almost 3 times the final bill but I would have had to hire someone to repair the damage to the ceiling afterward. Rob took the faucet apart, cleaned it up, replaced the washer and screw and all was well!!! Saved me bundles of money and aggravation. Honest people, I would use them again if I have the need."
