"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. I will use Benchmark in the future for any work involving my garage door or openers."

When I re-opened my inquiry, between them and their competition, they were able to locate the quote quickly and got the business. It took about two weeks for the door to come in and they installed it right away. The two man crew came out to my house within the one hour time frame. It took a few hours to install."

"The day of the install the technicians arrived on time and ready to go. I have a detached garage so I went in the house shortly after they started without feeling the need to "watch them" although i am curious about how things work. They had all their tools and got right to work. I figured they'd take about 4 hours to do the work, but they completed everything in about 2.5 hours. When I went out to check on things they were ready to explain what to do to maintain the garage door, how to use the openers and wall switch in plain language. I inspected the work and was very pleased. They cleaned up all the debris completely! No stray parts and materials in site. So rare! And they were kind AND friendly! Keep up the good work guys!!

(AND, something that I try to find out is what materials contractors use and are they MADE IN THE USA. They are pretty adamant, it turns out, that they do, if at all possible. Their tools and the doors and I'm sure some other parts are MADE IN THE USA.
