"I am extremely happy with the service we received from World of Doors. From the initial call with Amanda to the technician, Troy who came out to repair our garage door the service was fantastic. Our garage door stopped opening fully and we were really in a bind. Troy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and conscientous. He let us know exactly what was needed and offered all options available to us. He left off all the things that weren't urgent at this time but let us know what may need repair in the future. He was also very personable and professional as well and after he explained everything we felt much more at ease with our situation. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. "I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. I will use Benchmark in the future for any work involving my garage door or openers."

"I called Forest door for a quote and they came out to quote it right away. Their price was competitive. I had them quote on the door quite a while ago but I did not proceed because of cost. When I re-opened my inquiry, between them and their competition, they were able to locate the quote quickly and got the business. It took about two weeks for the door to come in and they installed it right away. The two man crew came out to my house within the one hour time frame. It took a few hours to install."

"The R&S on-time estimate was done at the same time as the garage door inspection. The price was very competitive. Unlike another bid, R&S did not need to reframe my 50 year old doorway. Communications were easy with the company owner Russ. The work began a few days later, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the new door as required by another door company. Dale, the expert installer, had the old door out and the new door installed within 6 hours. He made some adjustments quickly at my request. Overall, an excellent company to do business with."

"Quick response. Was definitely an expert on garage door systems. Had to "rework" installation (wiring?) from the handyman to enable opener to work. Spent 1.5 hrs on all work involved. Door now works flawlessly, we are happy with overall job.

1) Price for work was 1.4x cost of opener from Loews. Loews advertised $99 installation. I'm not sure what other work needed to be performed to make door work, so this wasn't outrageous to us.
